Team WI - 1st Practice & Paperwork Reminder

Hi everyone, 

Tomorrow is our first practice for Team WI! The coaches are so excited to meet each of you. For those of you not able to make it, we look forward to seeing you at practice #2. 

Here are some details you will need to know for tomorrow: 

Practice Time:

Practice will be from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM on Sunday, March 23rd. We will have pizza lunch together after practice from 1:00 - 1:30 PM and get to know each other more. Plan to leave the gym after lunch is done. Plan to arrive around 9:45 AM so you are ready to go by 10:00 AM. 

Practice Location:

Practice is at Achieve Gymnastics in Fitchburg.

Practice Overview:

Make sure to bring a water bottle, leotard, braces, grips, and tape / pre-wrap to practice. We will have coaches available to help tape, if need be. During practice, we will do some activities to get to know each other more. We will also plan to rotate through each of the events so the coaches can start to get a better idea of your skills. If you have any issues that may get in the way of you practicing an event, just let the coaches know. 

Paperwork - IMPORTANT

The deadline for all paperwork to be in Danielle's hands is March 24th. Please make sure you are driving to this date so that I can submit everything I need to submit on time. A great place to bring your paperwork is practice tomorrow. 

Below are the items each gymnast needs to complete:

1. NHSGA SSI Gymnast Registration  - click here

   • Please fill out this google form as soon as possible. 

2. Confirm your high school head coach is a member of NHSGA.

   • Reach out to your high school coach and make sure they got registered. If they have questions, you can have them reach out to us. 

3. AD Verification Letter - click here

   • Either send the letter in the mail or email it along  

4. Athlete Agreement/Waiver - click here

   • Either send the letter in the mail or email a scan of the signed version along

2. Confirm you're a member of NHSGA  - click here
