Registration for Gymnastics (2025)

Hi everyone,
As gymnastics season approaches, it's time to get registered for gymnastics in Infinite Campus and get an up to date physical on file. Below are details about what is needed, with the final deadline for having everything completed November 7th (the Friday before our first day of practice).

Parent Registration
I have attached a form from the athletic department on how to fill out the forms in Infinite Campus to register for a sport. Both the student AND a parent needs to perform the registration.
Both registrations MUST be complete prior to November 7th in order for the athlete to participate in tryouts / practice. If you have any questions about this process, please call the athletic office or let me know.
Physical Forms
Physical forms need to be updated roughly every two years, meaning usually that freshmen, juniors, and anyone who is doing gymnastics as their first high school sport need to get this completed. If you need to know if your athlete needs an updated physical, please reach out to the athletic office.
Please plan appropriately and ensure you get an appointment scheduled plenty in advance of the season starting. Your physical form MUST be complete and turned into the athletic department prior to November 7th in order for the athlete to participate in tryouts / practice.
If you have any constraints or concerns around getting a physical scheduled, please let me or the athletic office know as soon as possible.

The athletic office will keep me updated on completed registrations but please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything or want to provide an update. The last thing I want is to not be able to allow someone to work out on the first day of practice.
I will hand out more information at our athlete pre-season meeting as well which is now scheduled for 12:00 PM on Monday October 6th in the literature center at Memorial. Stay tuned for more details but mark your calendars now.
